Battles this year will begin with a round robin tournament, giving each of the fifth grade teams an opportunity to battle five other teams in pool play. The four teams with the highest first-opportunity cumulative points will then proceed to a double-elimination championship bracket. In the case of a tie, the team with the higher composite score will advance to the championships. Round robin play begins January 5. Bracketed play will begin February 11. It is your student’s responsibility to check the official calendar and present themselves for battles. Battles will not be rescheduled for students or teams who miss their scheduled time.
